1) эк. переход, переходные изменения, трансформация (глубокие изменения в обществе, затрагивающие все сферы его жизни)
2) упр. перестройка*, перестраивающее изменение* (вид организационных изменений, который предполагает переход к новой организационной структуре, но без кардинальных изменений базовых концепций бизнеса, напр., изменение организационной структуры в связи с внедрением новой технологии, расширением ассортимента производимой продукции и т. д.; термин предложила Л. Акерман в 1997 г.)
